    The U.S. Agency for International Development will construct its own air force in Afghanistan, according to

    . The agency wants to obtain between 10 and 14 fixed-wing and rotary aircraft to support  its development teams in the war-torn Asian country. The contractor will need to provide aircraft and crews, maintenance services and fuel, passenger booking and insurance services.
