    The Philippine government anticipates receiving some $900 million in budget support from donors this year, Philippine National Treasurer Roberto Tan revealed. Of the sum, $500 million will be disbursed by the Asian Development Bank in September while the remaining $400 million from ADB and other multilateral lenders will come in by December,
