Description
PA Consulting Group (PA) is one of the largest and most diverse consulting organizations in the world. PA employs some 3,000 staff in our 40 principal offices located across 22 countries.
PA is a global leader in the water and energy sector providing innovative consulting services that support one of the fastest growing industries worldwide.
PA is currently preparing a proposal to work in Vietnam with the objectives to:
•To expand service to currently un-served District Towns through bid competition for the design and construction followed by operation of the systems. This is referred to as the Competition Route.
•To enhance or expand service in the existing water company service areas, but only where the company achieves pre-defined performance levels equivalent to the top 30% of water companies in the country. This is referred to as the Performance Route.
We are currently accepting resumes that can fulfill one or more of the requirements below:
Team Leader: A university graduate (preferably with a post - graduate degree) in engineering, and professionally qualified. At least 15 years total experience working in broad based engineering activities with at least 10 years spent in the water sector. At least 10 years experience in management or consultant/trainer on managements. Should have worked for more than 7 years in developing countries, with at least 2 years in the South East Asia region.
Expert on Business Management: A university graduate (preferably with a post - graduate degree) in economic or related areas, and professionally qualified. At least 15 years total experience working in Business Management activities. At least 5 years experience in business management or making of business plans.
Benchmarking Expert: A university graduate (preferably with a post - graduate degree), and professionally qualified. At least 15 years total experience working with at least 5 years experience in benchmarking activities. At least 2 years experience working as benchmarking expert in the water sector. Should have experience in developing countries and work with the water sector in at least one country in south east Asia.
Non-Revenue Water (NRW) Specialist: A university graduate (preferably with a post - graduate degree) in water engineering, or closely related fields, and professionally qualified. At least 15 years total experience working in water sector. At least 7 years experience as NRW Specialist. Should have worked for more than 2 years in developing countries, with experience in at least one country in the South East Asia region.
Nationally Experienced
Deputy Team Leader: A university graduate (preferably with a post - graduate degree) in engineering, and professionally qualified. At least 10 years total experience working in broad based engineering activities with at least 7 years spent in the water sector. At least 5 years experience in management or consultant/trainer on managements. Fluent in English.
Mechanical/Electrical Specialist: A university graduate (preferably with a post - graduate degree) in mechanical/electrical engineering. At least 15 years total experience working in as Mechanical/Electrical Engineer. At least 5 years experience as Mechanical/Electrical Specialist on Water Supply Projects. Fluent in English.
Software Engineer/Systems Analyst: A university graduate (preferably with a post - graduate degree), and professionally qualified. At least 10 years total experience working with at least 5 years experience as Software Engineer or Systems Analyst. Fluent in English.
