Description
The Iraq Inma Agribusiness Project requires the services of a financial sector expert, with previous experience in Iraq to assist in assessment of the capacity of potential partner banks and to advise on other aspects associated with the design of the Grants to Loan program.
Qualifications:
Experience in commercial banking in developing countries with special emphasis on demonstrated understanding of banking systems that operate under Islamic financial requirements. Experience in the financial markets of Iraq is highly desirable.
Understanding of the technology of micro-finance lending in developing countries.
Advanced degree or performance/experience which verify capability of the candidate in finance, banking, or another related field.
Self starter with ability to make decisions and carry them out while being a team player dedicated to assisting the Inma program.
Level of effort: 18 working days.
