Project Summary

The European Commission committed about EUR15 million ($24 million) to support anti-landmines and anti-explosive-remnants-of-war initiatives as well as reduce small arms and light weapons in Europe's Eastern region.

UPDATE, 25 MAY 2009:

A representative of the European Commission's Delegation to Ukraine, which is acting as the intermediate body for some of the projects under this program, stated that first procurements for this program were already published and the next calls for tenders are taking place on an ongoing basis.
